September is always an exciting month as it marks an unofficial new year and hence, a fresh start. Also, it brings the much anticipated cooler temperatures after a hot and humid summer!
With this Music Monday falling on the first week of September, thus back-to-school time, I chose a song by Elisa, entitled, "A Modo Tuo" ("In Your own Way"). This song describes a parent's emotions as they watch their little one grow and make their way in the world. The lyrics are beautiful and so very true (warning: you may need a tissue box!).
With my own little ones embarking on their own new beginnings this month, I dedicate this song to them. To all those facing new adventures with their loved ones, enjoy!
